Extended Holiday Returns

Online

Online orders placed on the Canada web store at ca.carhartt-wip.com from November 1st through December 24th, 2024 are eligible for return through January 15th, 2026. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. See below for our full return policy.

In-Store

Full price purchases made in-store at our Toronto location from November 1st through December 24th, 2025 are eligible for return through January 15th, 2026. All items purchased at a discount are Final Sale. Purchases made online cannot be exchanged nor returned in-store.

Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, please send us a request for a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. Orders shipped to Canada are eligible for refund only. All returns are subject to a CA$10 return fee.

• Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
• Shipping Charges cannot be refunded.
• Online Orders cannot be returned or exchanged at a physical Carhartt WIP location.
• Carhartt WIP North America reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
• Items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to: all Sale Items, Gift Cards, select collaborative releases and select items (hats, underwear, socks, gadgets & swimwear).

Defective Items

If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.

Return to Sender / Refused Packages

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return. We will return the items to stock for a refund less a restocking fee.
