Beyond
Shot in Colorado by New York-based photographer Peter Sutherland, Carhartt WIP’s latest editorial, titled Beyond, spotlights the functional, outdoor-inspired elements of the Fall/Winter 2020 collection.
Several of the garments featured take inspiration from classic hunting styles – a nod to the brand’s US heritage, which saw the introduction of its first hunting line in 1957. These Carhartt WIP interpretations, however, are executed from a contemporary design standpoint, incorporating elements of technical jersey, lightweight nylon paneling, and reversible fleece. The palette, meanwhile, contrasts earthy, realistic camouflage motifs with pops of safety orange.
