Extended Holiday Returns
Online
Online orders placed on the USA web store at us.carhartt-wip.com from November 1st through December 24th, 2025 are eligible for return through January 15th, 2026. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. See below for our full return policy.
In-Store
Full price purchases made in-store at our New York, Brooklyn or Los Angeles locations from November 1st through December 24th, 2025 are eligible for return through January 15th, 2026. All items purchased at a discount are Final Sale.
Return Policy
If you would like to return an item, please send us a request for a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Shipping Charges cannot be refunded.
- Online orders can be returned or exchanged at any U.S. Carhartt WIP store within 14 days of delivery date.
- Carhartt WIP North America reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
- Items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to: all Sale Items, Gift Cards, select collaborative releases and select items (hats, underwear, socks, gadgets & swimwear).
Orders shipped within the U.S are eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refund or Store Credit:
- All online returns are subject to a $7 return fee.
- The return fee is waived for exchanges or returns for store credit.
- Store credit can be redeemed at the Carhartt WIP USA online store and any of our physical store locations in the U.S.
Exchanges:
- Can be accommodated for the same style in a different size or color, or for a different item of higher or lower value entirely.
- If the exchanged product’s value is less than 50% of the total return value, the return is considered a refund, and the $7 return fee will apply.
- Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability and not guaranteed.
- Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.
- A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Returns In-Store:
- The return fee will be waived for any online orders returned to a physical store location in the U.S.
- Stock availability may differ by location.
- If an exchange request has been initiated through the online return portal, the return must be processed online.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.
Return to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return. We will return the items to stock for a refund less a restocking fee.
