If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.us.carhartt-wip.com within the United States, please send us a request for a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
All orders shipped to Canada are considered Final Sale.

Items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to: all Sale items, Gift Cards, select collaborative releases and select items (hats, underwear, socks, gadgets & swimwear). All orders shipped to Canada are considered Final Sale.
We offer returns for refund, or for web store credit. All returns are subject to an $8 return fee. This fee is waived for exchanges or returns for web store credit. Please note web store credit can only be redeemed on the USA online store at www.us.carhartt-wip.com, and not at any of our physical store locations.
To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return authorization.
We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on www.us.carhartt-wip.com within the United States for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. Please click here to request an exchange. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS will be returned to our warehouse. All packages returned to our warehouse will be treated as returns. We will return the items to stock for web store credit less an $8 restocking fee.
