S/S25: A Sense of Place
The typical markings of a home act as a blank canvas for photographer Daniel Vaysberg. Through his lens, a home is not a house, but rather any space that allows for connection and kinship. For the first delivery of Spring/Summer 2025, Vaysberg called upon his former Berlin apartment, creating a series of images that explore the collegiate undertones of the season.
The collection features sportswear-inspired jersey pieces detailed with campus-style appliqué lettering, seen in items like the Hooded WIP Sweat Jacket. These are complemented by American Script styles – including a new women’s skirt – which nod to Carhartt WIP’s utilitarian roots, in their triple-stitch details and two-tone embroidery, yet are executed on brushed polycotton jersey fabric.
Meanwhile, denim takes on a 90-inspired look and feel, illustrated by the loose-fit Brandon Pant across men’s and women’s. In contrast, the new Blake Coach Jacket offers a denim-like appearance in a softer, more lightweight chambray construction. Long-sleeve rugby polos continue the collegiate influence, while washed graphics on t-shirts and sweatshirts offer an intentionally worn-in, aged finish.
