Detroit: Danny Brown's Bruiser Thanksgiving celebration
Detroit rapper Danny Brown invites some of his close friends for a musical “Prayers of thanks” at this year’s Bruiser Thanksgiving, streaming live from Detroit’s East Side on Wednesday, November 25th.
On DJ duties, Detroit’s style-mixing master Shigeto and Danny Brown’s in-house producer SKYWLKR will perform. In addition, songwriter and rapper Tiny Jag, Bruiser Brigade rapper’s Zelooperz and Wolf, as well as Danny Brown himself, will take to the stage, taking their high-pitched rap, Motor-City-Poetry, neo soul and jazz influences online.
In anticipation of Bruiser Thanksgiving 7, Danny Brown shared a video for his tune Savage Nomad. The video was recorded during his pre-COVID North American tour and features some of this year’s Bruiser Thanksgiving artists. Check the clip below and get your tickets and streaming timetable here.
