EDI Coordinator | New York, NY

Job Summary
The EDI Coordinator will support the end-to-end transaction of all EDI transactions with respective trading partners. Candidate will be required to oversee various projects involving EDI programs, maintaining communications for production using EDI tools and ensuring smooth transitions when changes or maintenance are required. Candidate must be based out of the NYC area. Become a part of our team and help drive success across different channels and platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all EDI or data related requests including but not limited to analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate with external trading partners on EDI related issues to include requests for files, analysis of files, and other (non-development) EDI matters.
- Research, document, and resolve or escalate EDI errors and system issues using standard operating procedures. Monitor, troubleshoot, analyze, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Support the creation and maintenance of reporting, tracking, and other processes related to EDI monitoring and support
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, IT, finance) to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor successful exchange and fulfillment of EDI replenishment programs with partnered retailers.
- Review and communicate customer EDI guidelines with compliance team to relay updates to Bergen VAS team.
Skills / Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience with supply chain EDI processes/applications is required.
- Detailed familiarity with EDI, transaction types, workflow, and resolutions
- Experience with SPS commerce is a plus
- Experience with Retail, Wholesales, Apparel, and Transportation EDI systems is preferred.
- GXS UPC catalog knowledge is a plus.
- Comfortable handling massive data sets
- High degree of proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.
- Experience with 3PL providers is a plus
- Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment, encourage feedback, and innovation.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Additional Information
- Location: Full time at our Soho NY office. Hybrid work schedule, mandated to be in office Tuesday through Thursday.
- Reporting Structure: Direct report to the Wholesale Operations Analyst
- Compensation: $50-60K
