    1. Human Resources Assistant | New York, NY

    Summary

    Carhartt WIP seeks a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our People & Culture team. The HR Assistant will handle administrative and clerical duties, assist with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensure smooth HR operations across our growing North American operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, inquisitive, eager to learn, highly organized, and has excellent communication skills.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, initial candidate screenings, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires, collaborating closely with hiring managers to evaluate and present candidates impartially.
    • Execute administrative and HR duties with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and compliance across all documentation and systems.
    • Demonstrate polished, professional written and verbal communication skills when interacting across all organizational levels, with a proven ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are updated with accurate information.
    • Support HR processes such as benefits enrollment, payroll preparation, and performance evaluations.
    • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
    • Design and deliver engaging, professional presentations for training, onboarding, and departmental updates using Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or similar tools.
    • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and company events.
    • Maintain an exceptional level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR matters, including compensation data, performance management, and employee relations issues.
    • Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging workplace in-line with occupational safety and health guidelines, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
    • Create and maintain job descriptions, team structure and organizational charts.
    • Partner with the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, including the creation and delivery of training and communication programs as needed.
    • Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various HR functions.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • 1-2 years experience in an HR or administrative role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience within a clothing/apparel organization a plus.
    • Experience working with an HRIS/HRM system a plus.

    Additional Information

    • Location: Full time at our Soho NY office. Hybrid work schedule, mandated to be in office Tuesday through Thursday.

    2. Business Systems Analyst | New York, NY

    Summary

    The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing the North American ERP and related core business systems. You will provide technical support to internal functional teams and own the administration, architecture and configuration of technology solutions and integrations required to automate and scale our business operations. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to understand their needs and tailor the NetSuite environment accordingly. This role requires a strong understanding of financial business processes; end-to-end project management; and advanced analytical expertise.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary System Owner & Administrator for the company’s ERP system (NetSuite).
      • Provide functional and technical support to internal teams.
      • Ensure system availability and integration/data connections are within SLA,
      • Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards for the different functional departments within the Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
      • Maintain a balance between tactical initiatives and daily NetSuite operations.
      • Identify the differences in opportunities to execute small tasks independently and when to leverage development resources.
    • Lead and manage implementation of Finance and Supply Chain business software applications.
      • Assist in development of product roadmap: including requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live.
      • Partner with various departments (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, B2B & B2C etc.) to understand and interpret business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications, aligning with organizational goals.
      • Perform UAT on new features, including functional and regression testing.
      • Build reporting and alerting processes within necessary applications.
    • Serve as the point of contact for 3rd party vendors and teams supporting Business Systems implementations.
      • Work closely with external development resources to ensure project expectations are effectively communicated, understood, and executed.
    • Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, data flow diagrams, and internal documentation for NetSuite and other business systems; lead training with internal teams.
    • Promote continuous improvement through automation and process transformation.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in enterprise application management, integrations, and architecture.
    • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator is required.
    • Understanding of NetSuite core business processes best practices - proficiency working with custom record types, workflows, fields, forms, roles and permissions, saved searches and reports.
    • Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Operations including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Budget, Bank Accounting, and FP&A.
    • Experience in B2B & B2C operations with an understanding of EDI and the Ecommerce order lifecycle preferred.
    • Knowledge of supply chain management principles; understanding of master data management.
    • Experience with relational databases and basic querying capabilities, proficiency in SQL a plus.
    • Experience within the fashion and apparel industry.
    • Familiar with iPaaS tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Celigo.
    • Excellent project management skills with experience in agile software development methodology and working with cross-functional teams.
    • Effective written and verbal communicator with the ability to engage one-on-one at all levels of the organization or present to business and technical stakeholders
    • Experience writing technical documentation preferred.
    • Highly organized & critical thinker, with constant attention to detail and follow through.
    • Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives, anticipate business needs and mitigate risk.
    • Strong analytical skills, command of budget & change management processes.
    • Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude.

    Summary

    Carhartt WIP is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to work at their New York City retail store. The ideal candidate will provide a positive store experience for our customers and possess strong product knowledge in order to meet sales targets.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Engage and connect with customers to create a positive shopping experience.
    • Execute in-person, on-floor sales strategies.
    • Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
    • Engage with customers to build customer relationships and brand awareness.
    • Maintain knowledge of seasonal collections and current available inventory.
