S/S20 Sweats – lensed by Steffen Grap
For Spring/Summer 20, Carhartt WIP presents a seasonal edit of its solid, reliable sweats in new colorways, from acidic lime tones to deep ocean blues.
The brand’s American Script program features a half zip sweatshirt, alongside classic pullovers and sweatpants. Garments from this facet of the collection are traditionally boxier and slightly oversized, while their 12.3 oz cotton blend construction evokes classic, hard-wearing sportswear.
The iconic Script Logo, meanwhile, appears across sweats and hoodies, in seasonal neon hues with embroidered branding.
A twist on a classic comes in the form of the pocket sweatshirt – akin a pocket t-shirt but in sweat form, with full length sleeves, heavyweight 13.3 oz jersey fabric, and a woven Carhartt WIP square label on the chest pocket.
This edit of seasonal Carhartt WIP sweats was lensed by Berlin-based photographer and filmmaker Steffen Grap, who has also previously shot for the brand’s biannual publication, WIP magazine.
